Traffic Advisory – North Street – Wastewater System Maintenance
(October 25, 2024) Halifax Water crews will be conducting wastewater system maintenance on North Street from Robie Street to Gottingen Street, Halifax between midnight tonight and noon tomorrow, Saturday, October 26.
There will be stop-and-go traffic within this area. Between midnight and 6:00 AM, the traffic lights at the intersection of North Street and Robie Street and the intersection of North Street and Agricola Street will be turned off. Experienced traffic control personnel will be on-site to manage traffic flows. Sidewalks will remain open.
This work will not impact Halifax Water services in the area.
Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones.
