Traffic Advisory – Sackville, Bedford and Hammonds Plains – Wastewater System Maintenance
(January 9, 2024) From 11:00 PM on Friday, January 10 to 10:00 AM on Saturday, January 11, Halifax Water crews will be performing wastewater system maintenance at the following locations:
* 857 Sackville Drive to Cobequid Road intersection * 647 Hammonds Plains Road to 775 Hammonds Plains Road * 986 Bedford Highway to 788 Bedford Highway
This work will not impact Halifax Water services in the area.
Experienced traffic control personnel will be on-site to manage traffic flows.
Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones.
We apologize for any inconvenience this necessary infrastructure repair work may cause.
