Traffic Advisory – Victoria Road & School Street – Stormwater System Maintenance
(July 21, 2022) On Saturday, July 23, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Halifax Water crews will be working to repair a stormwater main near the intersection of Victoria Road and School Street, Dartmouth. The following traffic impacts will be in place:
* There will be no access to School Street from Victoria Road or Nantucket Avenue. * There will be an altered centre lane in place on Victoria Road through this intersection. Two-way traffic will be maintained. * The sidewalk will be closed between School Street and Rockwood Avenue near this work. This work will not impact Halifax Water services in the area. Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones. We apologize for any inconvenience this necessary infrastructure repair work may cause.
