Traffic Advisory – Victoria Road – Stormwater System Maintenance
(October 22, 2024) Halifax Water crews are onsite near the intersection of Victoria Road and Thistle Street, Dartmouth for stormwater system maintenance. This work will not impact Halifax Water services in the area. Traffic lights in this area will be turned off. There will be stop-and-go traffic in the work zone. Experienced traffic control personnel will be on-site to manage traffic flows. The sidewalk near this work will remain open.
Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones.
