Traffic Advisory – Windmill Road & Akerley Boulevard – Street Reinstatement
(May 31, 2022) From 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM on June 1 & 2, Halifax Water crews will be undertaking street reinstatement work near the intersection of Windmill Road and Akerley Boulevard, Dartmouth. See attached map for related traffic impacts. This work will not impact Halifax Water services in the area. Sidewalks will remain open. Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones. We apologize for any inconvenience this necessary infrastructure repair work may cause.
To ensure the safety of our communities and our staff, please maintain a safe distance when Halifax Water staff or contractors are working in your area.
