Traffic & Water Services Advisory – Higginsville Road – Water Main Replacement
(September 10, 2024) On Wednesday, September 11, from 8:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M., Harbour Construction on behalf of Halifax Water will complete initial work for a water main replacement on Higginsville Road in Middle Musquodoboit.
There will be a 4-way stop-and-go traffic at the intersection of Higginsville Road and Hwy 224. Experienced traffic control personnel will be on-site to manage traffic flows. Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones.
Halifax Water services will be off in the area from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Impacted water service customers have been notified of this work in advance.
