Water Service Advisory – Gottingen Street – Water Valve Replacement
(December 1, 2021) From 10:00 PM on Thursday, December 2 to 5:00 AM on Friday, December 3, Halifax Water crews will be replacing a water valve near 2207 Gottingen Street, Halifax. Water service will be temporarily shut down on Gottingen Street between Prince William Street and Cornwallis Street. Two lanes of traffic will be maintained. Experienced traffic control personnel will be on-site to manage traffic flows. Sidewalks remain open. Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones. We apologize for any inconvenience this necessary infrastructure improvement work may cause.
