Water Service Advisory – Heather, Elgin & Dekker Street – Water Shut Off Notice
(August 5, 2022) Halifax Water crews will be shutting off water services for residents in the area of Heather, Elgin and Dekker Street. Water will be shut off on Monday, August 8th, from 9:00 AM until approximately 4:00 PM.
To ensure that you have water during this period, please fill any containers you may have so that you will have sufficient water for drinking and cooking during this period. Also please turn off your hot water tanks during this time period to protect the heating element.
Once water services are restored, please run your cold water tap to clear any discolored water that may occur.
