Water Service & Traffic Advisory – Balmoral Road – Water Main Repair
(December 6, 2021) From 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Tuesday, October 7, Halifax Water crews will be working to repair a water main near 5840 Balmoral Road, Halifax. Water service will be temporarily shut down on Balmoral Road between Francklyn Street and Crows Nest Drive. This section of Balmoral Road will be open to local traffic only. Experienced traffic control personnel will be on-site to manage traffic flows. Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones. We apologize for any inconvenience this necessary infrastructure improvement work may cause.
