Water Service & Traffic Advisory – Connaught Avenue – Water Main Repair
(October 4, 2021) Halifax Water crews are on-site working to repair a water main near 3450 Connaught Avenue, Halifax. Water service will be temporarily shut down on Connaught Avenue between Chisholm Avenue and Regent Road. No estimate of service restoration. Connaught Avenue has been reduced to a single inbound lane in this area. Experienced traffic control personnel will be on-site to manage traffic flows. Sidewalks remain open. Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones.
