Water Service & Traffic Advisory – Coronation Avenue & Willett Street – Valve Repair
(October 7, 2021) From 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Tuesday, October 12, 2021, Halifax Water crews will be on-site working to repair a water valve at the intersection of Coronation Avenue and Willett Street, Halifax. During this emergency repair, water service will be temporarily shut down on:
· Coronation Avenue between Willett Street and Gesner Street Coronation Avenue will be open to local traffic only between Willett Street and Gesner Street. Experienced traffic control personnel will be on-site to manage traffic flows. Sidewalks remain open. Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones. We apologize for any inconvenience this necessary infrastructure improvement work may cause.
