Water Service & Traffic Advisory – Cowie Hill, Spryfield, & Herring Cove Areas
(July 7, 2023) The current phase of the water main repair on Dunbrack Street is complete. Customers in the areas of Cowie Hill, Spryfield, and Herring Cove can resume normal use of tap water. As work preparations continue for the next phase, customers in these areas may experience temporary changes in water pressure. Lane reductions will remain in place on Dunbrack Street between Osborne Street and Highway 102, with two-way traffic maintained. Experienced traffic control personnel will be on-site to manage traffic flows. Sidewalks remain open. Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones. We apologize for any inconvenience this necessary infrastructure repair work may cause.
