Water Service & Traffic Advisory – Granville Street – Water Main Repair
(October 20, 2021) Halifax Water crews are on-site working to repair a water main near 1574 Granville Street, Halifax. Water service will be temporarily shut down on Granville Street between Sackville Street and Blowers Street. No estimate of service restoration. There is stop-and-go traffic in the work zone. Experienced traffic control personnel will be on-site to manage traffic flows. Sidewalks remain open. Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones. We apologize for any inconvenience this necessary infrastructure improvement work may cause.
