Water Service & Traffic Advisory – Quinpool Road – Water Main Repair
(July 24, 2024) Halifax Water crews are on site for an emergency water main repair near 7109 Quinpool Road, Halifax. Water service will be temporarily shut down from 7109 Quinpool Road to Chebucto Road.
There will be a right-lane drop on Quinpool Road in the outbound lane. Sidewalks within the work zone will be closed.
Customers in the area may experience discoloured water during/following this repair. It is recommended that those customers run the COLD water at one faucet until the water runs clear. Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones.
