Water Service & Traffic Advisory – Towerview Drive – Water Main Repair

On February 4, 2025, Halifax Water crews are on-site undertaking an emergency water main repair near 10 Towerview Drive, Halifax. Water service will be temporarily shut down in this area. There is currently no estimate for when the service will be restored.

There will be stop-and-go traffic in the work zone. Experienced traffic control personnel will be on-site to manage traffic flows. Sidewalks will remain open.

Customers situated in the area may experience discoloured water during and after this repair. It is recommended that those customers run the cold water at one faucet until the water runs clear. Motorists should expect delays and are encouraged to use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones.
