Water Service & Traffic Advisory – Wardour Street – Water Main Repair
(December 25, 2021) Halifax Water crews are on-site undertaking an emergency water main repair near 23 Wardour Street, Bedford. Water service will be temporarily shut down on Wardour Street between Camden Street and Perth Street. Crews expect to have water service restored by 4:00 PM today. Wardour Street is closed in this area. Customers in the area may experience discoloured water during/following this repair. It is recommended that those customers run the COLD water at one faucet until the water runs clear. Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones.
