Thursday, Oct. 6, 2016 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents and motorists there will be stop-and-go traffic this morning from 9 a.m. until noon on Hammonds Plains Road at the Lewis Drive intersection. Motorists should expect delays in the area and are asked to use alternative routes whenever possible. The municipality apologizes for any inconvenience this road work may cause. Source: Release
