Head-on crash on Windsor Street ramp seriously injuries woman

At 11:32 a.m. Halifax Regional Police and HRM Fire & Emergency Services responded to a report of a head-on collision on the Windsor Street Ramp from the MacKay Bridge and Robie Street Halifax. An adult female sustained serious injuries that are believed to be non-life threatening. Investigators from Patrol are conducting the investigation, which is ongoing.
