Herring Cove Road Store Robbed

At 8:55pm officers responded to a Robbery at a store located at the 400 block of Herring Cove Road. The suspect entered the store and threatened the cashier by stating he would shoot him if he didn’t give him  money. The suspect was given an undisclosed amount of money from the cash register. The cashier did not see a firearm as the suspect kept his hands in the pocket of his hoodie until he grabbed the money. Suspect fled the store on foot. K-9 attended the scene but results were negative. GIS is handling the investigation.

Suspect Description:

Light complected Black Male, 20-25 yrs old, 5’9”, thin moustache otherwise clean shaven, wearing beige/brown hoodie and blue baggy jeans, red paint was observed on the hoodie and jeans, may have been wearing boots.
