Holiday Closures


All provincial government offices will close at noon Friday, Dec. 23, and reopen Wednesday, Dec. 28, to observe the Christmas and Boxing Day holidays. This includes Access Nova Scotia Centres and Registry of Motor Vehicles locations.

All offices will also be closed Monday, Jan. 2 for New Year’s Day.

Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation stores will close at 5 p.m. Christmas Eve and 6 p.m. on New Year’s Eve. All stores will be closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
