Thursday, Sept. 24, 2015 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents that there will be lane and sidewalk closures on Hollis Street in Halifax this Saturday, Sept. 26, while a construction crane operates on George Street.
The east lane and abutting sidewalk on Hollis will shut down between Duke Street and George at 8 a.m. and remain closed until about 2 p.m. Saturday. One lane will remain open for vehicular traffic and pedestrians will be advised to use the sidewalk on the opposite side of the street.
The municipality regrets any inconvenience this temporary closure may cause.
