It’s June and love is in the air! (Not my air, mind you, but I’m not one to dwell …)
Heartfelt congratulations go out to the Chronicle Herald’s South Shore Bureau Chief Beverley “Lois Lane” Ware who, this past Saturday, said ‘I do’ to Lt. Commander (Ret’d) Darrell Kays, a retired RCN submariner.
The ceremony took place at St. John’s Anglican Church in Lunenburg, with a cocktail reception following at the Arbor View Inn.
Meanwhile, joining the ranks of the blissfully wedded earlier this month was Atlantic Fashion Week founder/City Models honchess Angela Campagnoni, who tied the knot with Henneberry Group marketing man Troy Henneberry. You may recall from one of my previous reports that the couple welcomed the arrival of their daughter Alexis Jaymes back in March 2013.
Meanwhile, Dartmouth lawyer Mark Charles, whose practice is located on Alderney Drive, recently announced that he and long-time girlfriend Erin Densley – I believe she’s also in the marketing biz – are officially engaged.
So you see? Love really is a many splendored thing – unless you’re looking for it on Plenty of Fish.
