Home invasion, abduction in Bedford

On February 24th at approximately 11:30 p.m. Halifax Regional Police responded to a report that a man had been shot in an apartment in the 1-100 block of Glen Moir Terrace in Bedford.   Officers arrived on-scene and learned that the victim was abducted by the suspects who stole the victim’s vehicle to flee. Multiples police units attended the area but the suspects were not located. 


The 42-year-old victim was later located by Police, he was transported to hospital for treatment of non life-threatening injuries. The investigation is in the early stages.   Police are asking anyone with information about this incident to call police at 902-490-5020.  Anonymous tips can be sent to Crime Stoppers by calling toll-free 1-800-222-TIPS (8477), submitting a secure web tip at www.crimestoppers.ns.ca or by using the P3 Tips app.
