1 cup – Protein Powder
½ cup – Flour (quinoa, spelt, wheat)
2 cups – Rolled oats
½ cup – Oat bran
½ cup – Ground flax seed
½ cup – Wheat germ
1 tsp – Sea salt
1 tsp – Cinnamon
¼ tsp – Nutmeg
½ cup – Honey
1 cup – Dark chocolate, broken into pieces
1.5-2cups – Fat free cottage cheese
1 tsp – Vanilla
2 tsp – Olive oil
