I’ve become an at home manicure queen and actually really enjoy the quiet time that comes with painting my own nails. I’m not into nail art with intricate designs or crazy color combinations…in fact almost all of my polishes are pale pinks or reds with a few bottles of pretty glitters to switch things up once in a while.  THIS look is one of my favorites. It’s sweet, clean, classic, elegant and still feels slightly princessy without being over the top.

– pink polish (I used a baby pink by OPI)

– chunky glitter polish (I used Sally Hansen Gem Crush in Razzle Dazzle)

– top coat

Apply 2-3 coats of pink polish. Once dry apply your chunky glitter polish along the whites of  your nails (sheer glitter is forgiving so don’t worry about it being perfect. Mine definitely is not!) Follow with 2 coats of top coat and you’re done! If you want to extend the life of your manicure, try to remember to put on a new topcoat everyday and your nails will look freshly manicured for about 5 days!
