Halifax Regional Police are investigating a robbery that occurred on May 26th, in Dartmouth.
At approximately 1:05 a.m., officers responded to a Robbery at The Hearthstone Inn at 313 Prince Albert Rd., Dartmouth. Staff stated that a white male entered Riley’s Bar which is located within the Hearthstone Inn; demanded cash while holding a knife. The male suspect fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of money. The suspect is described as a white male, in his mid twenties, wearing a dark jacket and a mask covering his face. K9 attended but was unable to locate the suspect.
Investigators in the General Investigation Section of the Integrated Criminal Investigation Division are currently investigating this incident and are asking anyone with information about this incident to contact police at 902-490-5016.
