HRP investigate additional robbery and two break and enters overnight

At approximately 10:15pm officers responded to a report of a robbery in a parking lot located in the 1000 block of South Park Street. A man wearing a mask pushed a parking attendant to the ground and forcibly took a quantity of cash from the attendant. The suspect left the area on foot headed towards Spring Garden Rd. Responding officers where not able to locate the suspect. The parking attendant was not injured during the incident.

The suspect is described as male, approximately 6’ tall, wearing a black mask and dark clothing.

Police investigate Break and Enter

Halifax Regional Police is investigating a Break and Enter that occurred overnight in Dartmouth.

At approximately 1:36am officers responded to an alarm at Subway Restaurant located at 100 Ilsley Avenue, where they observed that entry had been gained by smashing a large window to the business. Officers were able to review surveillance video and confirmed that a male suspect entered the store with a hammer and was able to remove a quantity of money that was left in a cash register till.

The suspect is described as a male, wearing a dark sweater with green and pink design on chest, a hooded shirt with a white undershirt and jeans._

Police investigate Break and Enter

Halifax Regional Police is investigating a Break and Enter that occurred overnight in Halifax .

At approximately 3:06am officers responded to an alarm at Mighty Auto, located at 6437 Lady Hammond Rd, where they observed that entry had been gained by smashing a large front window to the business. Officers were able to confirm that the suspect was successful in removing the cash register from the business prior to police arriving to the scene. There is no description of the suspect in this matter and it is unknown if this incident is related to the break and enter which occurred earlier in Dartmouth.
