HRP investigate robbery in Dartmouth Commons

At 10:25 pm an 18 year old man was walking in the area of the Dartmouth Commons, when two black males approached him and sprayed him in the face with what was believed to be mace. The victim made his way to the Dartmouth Bus Terminal, where he received medical attention. The victim can only describe the suspects as black males. The victims cellphone was taken during the incident.
