At approximately 5 am this morning, a homeowner of a residence in the 6900 block of Armview Avenue, discovered that his garage had been broken into. Shortly after, the homeowner observed the young male suspect and chased him from the area. Police were contacted and immediately attended the area and searched for the suspect. K9 was deployed however, the suspect was not located.
Later in the morning, it was discovered that a garage had been broken into overnight in the 6200 Block of Almon Street, and there was an attempted entry into a garage in the 6200 block of London Street. During one of the incidents a quantity of tools had been stolen.
Anyone with information about these incidents or the identity of the suspect is asked to call police at 902-490-5016.
