Officers are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying two men after they asked a child to get in their car in Halifax this afternoon.
At approximately12:20 p.m., a 9-year-old boy was walking in the area of Jubilee Road when two men in a car pulled up beside him. The passenger then asked the boy to get inside the vehicle. The boy ran to a nearby school to notify an adult.
The driver is described as a biracial man in his late 20s or early 30s, with brown curly hair and brown goatee, wearing a baseball hat and a navy blue sweater with the hood up. The passenger, of the vehicle is described as an Asian man in his late 20s or early 30s, wearing a baseball hat, hooded sweater with grey sleeves, blue body and gray hood, which was pulled up at the time of the incident. The vehicle is described as a black four-door sedan.
