Police are investigating an indecent act that took place on January 30 in Dartmouth.
At 12:45 p.m. on January 31 a mother reported to police that between 9 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. on Saturday in the Maplehurst Drive area her four-year-old child saw a man outside the window with his pants down, touching himself.
The suspect is described as a white man, approximately 50 to 60-years-old, with a grey beard and heavy build. At the time, he was wearing a plaid flannel jacket and baseball cap. He was last seen walking on Maplehurst Drive.
