At 6:13 pm Halifax Regional Police responded to a motor vehicle accident at Queen Street at Spring Garden Road involving an unmarked police vehicle.
The officer involved in the incident was transported to the QEII and treated for non-life threatening injuries. There were no other injuries as a result of this incident.
The accident is currently being investigated by members of the Accident Investigation Section.
