Halifax Regional Police are requesting the public's assistance in locating a missing 45 yr old man from the Gaston Rd area of Dartmouth.
Brian Joseph Avery was last seen May 31st, 2010. He is described as white male, 5' 9", approximately 145 lbs, very thin looking, brown unkempt hair, brown eyes and IS likely unshaven. He is thought to be wearing jeans and either a blue Columbia or a brown leather jacket.
It is possible he was heading to the Montreal, Que area and foul play is not suspected at this time.
Halifax Regional Police are asking that anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Mr Avery to please call (902) 490-5020
