Halifax Regional Police are seeking assistance from the public in locating a missing Bedford Man. 41 year old Jeffery BILBY was reported missing to Halifax Regional Police at 6:00 pm on August 5th and was last seen on the morning of August 2nd 2016. Mr BILBY is believed to be in poor health and requires regular medical treatment for an illness that he suffers from. Mr BILBY operates a 2012 black Honda Civic with NS license plate DXC-780. Officers request that Mr. BILBY or anyone with information on his whereabouts call Halifax Regional Police at 902-490-5020.
