Outlook: week 13th April

Screen Shot 2015-04-13 at 7.05.51 AM

Conditions will be generally springlike this week.

Fine but breezy today with temperatures quite mild (mid-teens) inland.

Temperatures will be cooling off following the passage of a cold front that brings rain on Tuesday.

Expect at least 5mm with this front; some areas of PEI could get 10mm and there may be a few amounts over 15mm in parts of Nova Scotia.

Wed and Thursday will be fine, with temps a bit cooler than normal for mid April (but still strong sun).  Clouds will return with a few showers developing late Friday into early Saturday.

Sunday looks a bit cooler and damp… need to pay attention to the temperature and winds; one model shifts them to northeast.

I’ll have updates later in the week before folks should start worrying about Sunday.

have a great week
