Human Rights Board of Inquiry Sandra Wakeham v. Department of Environment

Human rights complainant Sandra Wakeham has requested an amendment to her complaint to add allegations of discrimination based on mental disability for events dating back to 1999.

The complainant alleges discrimination by her employer, the Department of Environment, in failing to accommodate her physical disabilities.

The application to amend the complaint will be heard by the board chair Kathryn Raymond at 9:30 a.m., Thursday, Dec. 5 and 10 a.m., Friday at the Windmill Room, Holiday Inn Halifax Harbourview, 101 Wyse Rd., Dartmouth.
