Humanscale QuickStand Lite recalled due to injury hazard

Product description: This recall involves QuickStand Lite height adjustable workstations for single or double computer monitor screens. The workstations have a keyboard platform and an adjustable arm. The workstations measure about 49.5 centimetres (19.5 inches) high and about 65 centimetres (25.6 inches) wide. The workstations were sold in black and white with gray trim.
Hazard identified: The M8 Dynamic Arm Long may fail causing the monitor and keyboard to fall, posing a risk of injury. As of August 27, 2019, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada. In the United States, the company has received 12 reports of minor injuries to the head and face of users.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled workstation and contact Humanscale to receive a free repair kit.
