Environment Canada is still shying away from declaring anything other than a heavy rainfall warning as of this writing.  Even this close to Bill's arrival, the storm is still that unpredictable.

Hurricane Bill is expected to be felt here in Halifax in less than 72 hours. The question appears now to have gone from "if" to "how bad" – most local media is now reporting that we will feel the effects of Bill.  Consensus puts the arrival sometime on Sunday afternoon.  We should know more late in the day today.

Peter Boyer of the Canadian Hurricane Center tells Metro Halifax it is "almost inevitable that the storm will find some part of Eastern Canada" (LINK) – latest tracking images updated.
