It’s been a while since I’ve updated you on the ginormous box of Vitalicious products that I received.  To be honest, I had them in our deep freezer and kept forgetting that they were there!

I decided to give this “golden corn” Vitatop a try the other night and I gotta say, I am a MAJOR fan of these products.  They store very well in the freezer and are warm and fluffy when you heat them in the microwave before eating them.

 I love that most of the ingredients I have seen so far in these products are organic and preservative free :-)  A fabulous and healthy 100 calorie treat !

In fact, I think I hear some variety of chocolate calling my name right now 🙂
