We know it’s a pretty busy time of year, especially for those of you with school age children, so we’ve taken the stress out of your meal plan for the next week with these fast and easy dinner ideas:

Thursday: The idea of  "Breakfast for Dinner"  is always a hit with the kids and is so easy to prepare.  You can’t refuse adding this to your weekly dinner menu.

Friday: Celebrate the end of the work and school week with a homemade pizza night.  Order it in from your favourite local spot or better yet use this easy recipe to make your own crust and let everyone add the fixings of their choice.

Saturday: It's never too cold to BBQ! Head to the farmers market and pick up some fish, lamb, steak or burgers for the grill and choose from lots of great veggies for skewers.  Dress them all with a dash of oil and some seasoning, then grill away. YUM!

Sunday: Make a double batch of these Lime and Chili-rubbed Chicken Breasts and use the leftovers on Tuesday. The robust rub turns ordinary chicken into extraordinarily grilled chicken.

Monday: Make it a Meatless Monday and check out this yummy Black & White Bean and Quinoa Chili recipe from Simple Balance.  Make this over the weekend so it’s ready for Monday’s hectic dinner time.
