I’m Hungry: Homemade Mac-n-Cheese

What kid doesn't love noodles and cheese?  This time, ditch the box of KD and try our homemade version - it's almost as easy and much better tasting!   Ingredients: 3 tbsp butter or margarine 3 tbsp flour 3 cups milk 3-4 cups of elbow macaroni noodles 2½ cups grated cheddar cheese ¼ tsp dry mustard½ cup bread or cracker crumb Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9x13 pan or casserole dish.  Boil noodles according to package directions. In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour until well blended. Gradually add milk and continue stirring until it thickens.   Add 2 cups of the grated cheese and dry mustard, stir until fully melted (reserve rest of cheese for top) Add (drained) macaroni to sauce.  Stir to thoroughly coat noodles.  Pour into baking dish and sprinkle with ½ cup of grated cheese.  Sprinkle with crumbs.
