I don't know about you, but my kids have been so bummed with the lack of snow outside these days that I'm soon going to have to figure out a way to magically create some so they can finally make a snowman.   In the meantime, we made these fun and easy snacks that brought out a few smiles and a whole lot of laughs.  Start by spreading cream cheese on a bagel half. Then let the kids take care of the rest using a mix of any fruits and vegetables you have on hand to make their snowman masterpiece...including a baby carrot for the nose of course!        ...
