Check out these adorable little strawberry “cupcakes” we made for dessert on Valentine’s. After a day of chocolates and candy, this was a delightful, yet healthy way to end the day.
So easy too. Simply rinse and dry the strawberries. Trim the top to remove the stem/leaves, then cut a small piece from the bottom of the berry so it will stand upright. Place a dollop of greek-style yogurt on top and finish with a garnish of your choice – sprinkles, coconut, ground nuts or even the bottom piece of the strawberry. Enjoy!
