The driver was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in Lunenburg Provincial Court on January 9, 2019. He is facing charges of Impaired Driving and Driving with a Blood Alcohol Concentration Over 80 mg%. In total, two parked cars sustained severe damage, an additional one had minor damages, two parking meters were damaged, and a building was damaged as well. One shop was damaged as well when a parking meter went through the store window. The investigation is ongoing and further charges are possible.
