A man faces a charge after an indecent act yesterday in Dartmouth. 

 

At 8:15 a.m., police responded to a call of a man masturbating in his vehicle in the parking lot of the McDonald’s restaurant located at 144 Main Street. Witnesses provided a physical description of the man, along with the license plate of the vehicle, and the man was subsequently arrested without incident at his Dartmouth residence.

 

A 44-year-old Dartmouth man was released from custody and will appear in Dartmouth Provincial Court at a later date to face a charge of committing an indecent act.
