Halifax Police are investigating an indecent act in Downtown Halifax.
At 2:10 am a 26 year old female was walking home along Hollis Street and Morris Street in Halifax when she encountered a white male believed to be in his 30’s with an average build, blond hair, 5’8″ in height, clean shaven and wearing beige pants and a light coloured dress shirt. The male walked in front of her stopped and began to masturbate. The female continued walking and was not followed or approached by the suspect. The area was checked by officers who were unable to locate the suspect.
