Drysdale Bog (Goodwood) Industrial Designation and Zoning Review

Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM) will be holding a public information meeting to discuss the existing as-of-right industrial allowances of the lands upon and immediately surrounding Drysdale Bog (Goodwood), in the Halifax Plan Area.

HRM is suggesting that the industrial designation and zoning of the lands be changed so as to be consistent with the residential designation and zoning in the Planning District 4 Plan Area. With this, any as-of-right industrial allowances would be removed.
