Monday, Sept. 19, 2016 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents that road construction will take place during the late evening and overnight hours on Tuesday evening, Sept. 20, at the intersection of Barrington Street and North Street.
Crews will be on-site beginning at 9 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 20 and continuing until 6 a.m. the following morning, Wednesday, Sept. 21. During this work the traffic signals at the intersection will shut down and traffic control personnel will be in place.
Motorists should expect long delays in the area and are asked to use alternative routes whenever possible.
The municipality regrets any inconvenience this road work may cause.
