Intersection of Portland Street and Prince Albert Road – Overhead Powerline Work

Friday, June 9, 2017 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents and motorists that on Sunday, June 11 Nova Scotia Power will be working on power lines at the intersection of Portland Street and Prince Albert Road.

Crews will be on site from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. During this work, there will be stop-and-go traffic at the intersection.

Traffic safety personnel will direct motorists, pedestrians and cyclists around the worksite, as needed. Motorists should expect delays in the area and are asked to take alternative routes, if possible.

The municipality appreciates your patience while this work is underway.
