The pedestrian’s injuries are confirmed to be non-life threatening.
A decision on charges has not been determined as officers are continuing to seek witnesses and conduct the investigation.

At approximately 5:05 p.m., Halifax Regional Police responded to a report of a car vs. pedestrian collision at the intersection of Oxford Street and Norwood Street in Halifax.
A 33-year-old man was transported to hospital by paramedics with what are believed to be non-life threatening injuries at this time.
Oxford Street is currently closed between Norwood and Pepperell Streets as police continue the investigation.
